Holland born and hospitality raised, Charissa Olson got her start in the service industry right after high school and never really looked back. What began with waiting tables quickly turned into a love for bartending, connecting with people, and making guests feel right at home.
Charissa first joined the Hops team in 2016, but her connection to Bob and Tessa goes back even further — she’s known them since 2012. Over the years, she’s done a little bit of everything: server, bartender, manager, problem-solver, people-person, and steady hand when things get busy. Her work ethic, leadership, and genuine love for taking care of guests make her a natural fit for the opening team at Repp’s Landing.
Around here, Charissa brings the kind of energy every great neighborhood spot needs: welcoming, hardworking, and always ready to make someone’s day a little better.
Outside of work, Charissa is a wife and proud mom to four energetic boys. When she’s not keeping things moving at the restaurant, you’ll usually find her with her family enjoying football, baseball, and soaking up everything Michigan has to offer, especially when the sun finally decides to stick around.
