Yo!
My name is Torrence Copeland but most people just call me Tee. I moved to holland from Chicago at the age of 17. I was homeless for sometime while going to highschool and eventually obtaining my GED. After school I dove directly into working in kitchens before joining the team at Hops which ended up being the beginning of my dedicated career in the culinary industry. My specialties range widely with European, Asian, and South American flavor components. 

In my free time I enjoy doing art, writing, gaming, and growing various peppers in my yard.
